One agreed scope and one price, in writing, before work starts. Most projects go from kickoff to a live product in 2 to 6 weeks. Best when you know what you need built.

Monthly retainer

We keep building, running and improving the product or automation month to month. Best when it grows with your business and new features follow what users actually do.

Pricing questions

Why is there no price list?

Projects differ too much in scope and integrations for a fixed rate card to be honest. You get a written price for your project after the first consultation, before you commit to anything.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. We map the process or product, the systems involved and what success looks like, then come back with a scope and a price.

Fixed price or retainer: which should I pick?

Pick a fixed-price build when the scope is clear. Pick a retainer when you expect to keep adding features after launch. Many projects start with a build and move to a retainer.

How long does a project take?

Most projects go from kickoff to a live product in 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity. We work in short iterations, so you see progress early.
